(CU/PVC/OS/PVC CU/XLPE/OS/PVC)
Application:
CU/XLPE/OS/PVC&CU/PVC/OS/PVC instrument cable are designed for control connections in both DC and AC networks, these instrument cables provide stable signal transmission for process industries including steel, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and mining. Typical applications include valve and motor control units, auxiliary station controls, and circuit breaker operations. Available in both armoured and non-armoured versions to suit diverse indoor and fixed-potential installation requirements.
Construction:
1.Conductor: Plain Annealed Copper, Class 2 Stranded Circular
2.Insulation: (1) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) (2) Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE)
3.Overall Screen: Aluminum or Polyester Tape
4.Tinned Copper Drain Wire
5.Out sheath: PVC(Black or Blue) (LSZH is available upon request)

Electrical Parameters:
Operating Voltage, Uo/U: 300/500V
Operating Temperature: -15ºC to 70ºC (PVC Insulated)
-15ºC to 90ºC (XLPE Insulated)
Final Short Circuit Temperature: 160ºC (PVC Insulated) 250ºC (XLPE Insulated)
Test Voltage: 2kV for 1 minute
