Engineered for demanding mining environments, the Type 441 (Class 2) 1.1/1.1kV flexible cable is a heavy-duty trailing and reeling solution specifically designed for low-voltage applications where high mechanical protection is paramount. Its Class 2 construction, featuring thicker insulation and outer sheath, provides enhanced resistance against crushing and squashing forces.

Insulation: EPR
Insulation Screen: Semi-conductive elastomer
Cradle Separator: Semi-conductive PCP
Overall Core Screen: Semi-conductive PCP filling and covering
3×Interstitial Earth Conductor: Semi-conductive PCP covered flexible stranded tinned copper conductor
1×Central Extensible Pilot: EPR covered flexible stranded tinned copper conductor
Textile Reinforcement: Open-weave braid reinforcement
Sheath: Heavy duty PCP sheath (Heavy duty CPE/CSP sheath optional)
